With integrative massage techniques, I burrow from many disciplines to help relieve pain and stress. I have several "tools" in my experience for massage and integrate Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point release, with connective tissue techniques from CST and LDT for a "wonderful" full body massage. Injuries, strains and sprains are also resolved more quickly with massage and I provide treatments in that area.
